Therese Griggs is the owner of Spring Hill Realty. She started her career in real estate in 1988 by helping some of the thousands of families GM offered careers when they were building the Saturn plant here in Spring Hill, Tennessee. Today it is called Spring Hill Manufacturing. She always enjoyed helping others find their own special place or find them someone to sell that special place to. In 1992 she bought a commercial property on Mclemore Avenue here in Spring Hill and opened up Spring Hill Realty. She had always wanted to have her own real estate company and knew that the name was just as important as the location was. She felt that the town of Spring Hill was special enough for all of the families she had met over the years to move to, then there was no better town to name her company after. The name Spring Hill Realty shows everyone how much she thinks of the town she calls home.
